We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services with reasonable advance notice for any actual or suspected violation of these Terms. You may terminate your use of Services at any time by contacting us.
The Services contain content owned or licensed by Kera Health, including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform or display such content without our prior written consent.
THE SERVICES AND RELATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, REVENUE, PROFIT OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Kera Health and our officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, vendors, service providers and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach or alleged breach of these Terms or your use of Services.
These Terms are governed in all respects by the substantive laws of Senegal. Any disputes relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the Chamber of Commerce of Dakar.
If any part of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be severed and the remainder of the Terms will continue to be valid and enforceable.
